The cuisinart SM-55 stand mixer has a huge 800 watts of power so with this particular model you can be sure that it will be able to handle almost any mixing task that you give it. The 5-1/2-quart stainless steel bowl which you get is a very good size and cuisinart do state that you can make double even treble recipes with it.
